After doing the assessment on cultural mindset, my score was 40 out of 60 which means that I have strong cultural mindfulness. It has shown that the assumptions of individuals about their capacity can produce a social reality for themselves when it comes to cultural mentality, which then leads them to see and experience what they expected (Self-Assessment n.d). Development mindset research shows that while some individuals believe their capacity is changeable, others believe it is fixed. Importantly, individuals in the former group appear to continue more in the search for answers than those in the latter group while confronting challenges. They also seem to appreciate opportunities for themselves to learn and develop. Their convictions finally transform into fact. In their real ability, they demonstrate change, outperforming those with a fixed mentality. Working with dissimilar communities, this assessment with cultural mindfulness allows me to see my weaknesses and what to work on to improve my mindfulness of other cultures. Such as seeking out various cultural experiences at any chance, including culture as one of the factors I consider when I think about solving problems either in my personal or professional life. Culture is difficult to modify, but wherever one can, one should interfere. But need a strategic plan about how to first interfere. Tiny, quick, measurable victories are crucial for starting the momentum and building trust in the process and the dedication of leadership to real results. In the long term, the mindsets contributing to the actions that build the processes need to be discussed (Novin & Oyserman 2016).
