We are designing a holistic integrated marketing strategy for a private healthcare clinic in Australia. We focus on healthcare marketing as this industry is highly regulated in Australia. We like the idea of increase customer value, and we saw a number of papers from Michael Porter on the topic, combining with the new trend of marketing — digital marketing. We want the marketing to be holistic, unlike the traditional healthcare that do not care about marketing just because they have clients keep coming in. These clinics may have issue attracting doctors to work with them. can also use characteristics (5S) in services to find better brand equity. The clinic itself does not appear to be in the top search of google, poor facebook and instagram presence where billions of people are active on the platform.
