This time the writing will focus on the review and synthesis of available literature on Burnout among healthcare workers ( doctors, nurses, physicians, pharmacists, radiologists, laboratory professionals e.t.c) in the United States during and before COVID-19 pandemic.The use of a PRISMA flow diagram is required in the literature search strategy and a Matrix table is required for outlining and guiding the synthesis of the literature. I have attached these documents.Feel free to include tables and graphs as you find it fit and include headings and subheadings as necessasry.
