Please write from a conservative baptist perspective and have the page numbers start on the second page starting with 1 in the top right corner. Basically have no page number on the title page. Do not put the title of the paper on the first page of paper. Put the title only in the title page with my name, date, etc. Bibliography should be in alphabetical order. Put the citations/footnotes after periods at the end of sentences with page numbers at the end of footnotes. Also PLEASE PUT PAGE NUMBERS with all the citations and footnotes you use at the bottom of the page. Please use the level that I selected and do not ask me to more up to a higher level.
