Narrative digital story on a nursing self care strategy in palliative care. This task requires you to develop and narrate a digital story on a self-care strategy that you have trialled or implemented during your time as a student nurse. Please follow all the points in the instructions attached and the HD rubric. I am a female student nurse please keep this in mind when completing the research and script on a self care strategy. I will transform your script into a digital story board and i will read the script as a voice over. Please cover all the points in the rubric because this is what we are ultimately assessed on and follow the points in the instructions. The presentation needs to be about 5 minutes. I will give you bit of information about me. My name is chloe and i am a full time carer for my father who suffers from disabilities whilst i study nursing. i am now a student nurse not working. i have worked in the hospitals for work experience in the past. a self care strategy i have is getting massages and personal care when i need a time out from life getting stressful. (however i am not sure if this would make a good story so if you wish to use a different selfcare strategy that has more evidence on relief on it such as fitness or diet etc please choose the one you can explain and present the best). i am in my 20’s and i am very empathetic and emotional to peoples needs, i am quiet selfless and put people first. it is easy for me to forget about self care if i was to be at work or caring for my father however when i am able to give myself a minute i immediately prioritise my body and try to do all i can to give myself some self love and attention by doing things i love such as getting a massage, pampering my skin or just going to the gym and sitting in the sauna. please ensure the story has a great and engaging flow. if you can write the script and on each point being addressed apply a heading so i know how to lay out the presentation slides so that it goes along with the script. thank you so much. i have attached the instructions below and the 2 pages of the rubric.
