This is a Message Assignment for my business Writing class. We are asked to “Select a recent news item on a business corporation that is experiencing something perceived as potentially negative by any or all of its stakeholders. Create a negative message statement that attempts to manage unfavourable news effectively.” This is for part 1, Part 2 of the assignment is “Construct a letter from a real or hypothetical business corporation to welcome new customers.” Both of these have different points and there is a breakdown of what should be written on each page as well as how many marks it’s out of. Each part needs a reference page with at least 7 resources. These pages shouldn’t count towards the Max page count. The different pages are all laid out in the outline but each topic needs to be address.
