OBJECTIVE: To research a point and counterpoint position on an issue germane to human sexuality
-This paper must be written in the third-person: Writing in third person is writing from the third-person point of view, or outsider looking in, and uses pronouns like he, she, it, or they. It differs from the first person, which uses pronouns such as I and me, and from the second person, which uses pronouns such as you and yours.
1. Brief introduction of the topic, including the importance of the issue(s) that are presented. (Up to one page)
2. Presentation of the point and counterpoints positions using PEER-REVIEWED research supporting each side’s claims or views. (This section is the body of your paperapproximately 7 pages in length)
3. Brief statement of your personal view of the issue after you researched the topic.
(Up to one pagedoes not have to be in the first person)
4. Complete references that reflect an academic review of the topic. You must have a
minimum of 12 PEER-REVIEWED research articles in your reference list.
5. The research paper must adhere to the APA format including cited quotes and
references.

Do Not include pictures in the narrative. Figures and tables are placed in separate appendices following the reference pageand are not counted in the page total of your research paper.
