Preparation/Instructions:

Select the industry partner you would most like to work for.

Use the industry partner name, the week and the date as the title for your reflection, so that the marker knows which industry partner you are referring to.

Describe the work environment as presented by the industry partner.

Describe the role of an accountant as presented by the industry partner

Describe the role that a new graduate employed by the industry partner would be expected to play in the organisation.

Explain the skills and attributes required to work for the industry partner, in relation to your responses to the previous 3 points.

Critique the extent to which your skills and attributes align with the skills and attributes required to work for the industry partner, drawing on personal experience and the results of the skills audit and personality profiling in week 1.

Formulate a strategy to address any areas in which your skills and attributes can be improved to better meet the requirements of this industry partner.

Review your work. Make sure the structure of the paragraphs and sentences is clear. Fix spelling and grammatical errors. Make sure you have cited and referenced accurately.
