For this essay, you will need to write up 2 sections out of 5 of porters five forces. I will state what you need to write about with these 2 sections below:
1. Rival Power must include these sections: Industry growth, Intermittent over capacity, and concentration and balance. (each of these sections require an explanation and simply a word beside it saying whether its “good” or “bad” for the company.
2. Threat of substitutions must include these sections: substitute products available, and buyer propensity to substitute. you will state whether its good or bad for the company by the section title.
