It’s a research argument and I want the paper discuss lithium batteries effect on the environment as we are starting to shift to electric powered vehicles and the demand for lithium is rising. I would like the thesis to be about how we need more regulations on lithium mining and processing in order to keep our environment safe. In the cover letter just write about how you changed the paper over time to make it better and your revisions along the way. 6 of the 8 total sources need to be peer reviewed.
