This assignment is to write the Plan for a dissertation. This is the first time I have ever had to write a plan for a dissertation or do a dissertation. The Plan is to be a maximum 4,000 words. The Plan is due in a few weeks and the dissertation is due next trimester.
They let me chose the topic but it must be related to my studies, i.e.., business leadership, innovation etc..
Originally I wanted to do it on TWI Training within Industry but have settled on TQM Total Quality Management and the Learning Organization.
My rough draft (research plan 4-4-21) is attached but I am not satisfied with it. I think it is still too complicated and my dissertation mission isn’t clear enough. Please proof read it and make your recommendations.
