I am studying Broadcast Journalism but this is for research on my dissertation, the first 3,000 or so worlds are background research. The next 2,000 breaking down what the research will look like and why. So breaking down why having a mix of qualitative vs quantitative data is good and the hypothesis. Finally, the last 3,000 is on the breakdown of the data collected but I will be doing that part just thought it worth noting.
The research should be centered on social media and religion more specifically Christianity. The goal of the project is to find if people get the same religious fulfillment out of religious socail media content as they do going to church. I will be sending out a survey to people who follow religious social media pages and those that attend a church to see if one is “better” than the other and what the difference might be. (I will link the survey in the files)
