The student will identify a topic of interest in music education and thoroughly investigate the existing literature to determine a uniqueness concerning the topic. With this information, the student will enter the determined institutional requirements, interest, and timetable considerations, and list 4 potential topics and 3 possible scholarly sources. The student will enter information as requested concerning music education interest and identify at least 3 existing dissertations or research projects closely related to your topics.
Part II: Topic/ Problem
The student will list three possible topics and rank them as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, place, according to the description below each item. The student will identify the highest-ranking topic.
Part III: Research Question Development
The student will develop 23 unique research questions or 2 questions with sub-questions.
