She live in a registered care home She has Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disability she has problems with mobility and use a wheelchair in doors and out. She is able to do standing transfers when necessary. She has difficulty communication although. She appears to understand most things that are said to her.lily appears or tell staff she is feeling unwell staff will need to contact the Medical Centre for a GP appointment. Lily appears to her mighty massage session ( legs feel) by a qualified Aromatherapist. Lily is registered with Churchill Centre wheee she attend a Hydroelectric session every Monday lunchtime.
