Using the information obtained in the interviews, you will need to write a 3-5 page paper discussing these interviews. Your paper should discuss what you learned as a result of each interview. You MUST attach the questions you asked during both interviews to your paper in order to receive credit.

Part 1: Interviews

1a: Professional Interview

You will be required to conduct an interview with a professional who works with adolescents (ages 11-18). Interview the professional about their experience in working with adolescents. The interview should consist of 5-10 questions. Be sure to discuss the persons profession, their role in working with adolescents and what their overall experience has been like. You can conduct the interview in-person, or via a video conferencing service such as Google Hangouts, Skype, Zoom, etc.

1b: Adolescent Interview

You will be required to conduct an interview with an adolescent (ages 11-18) and their parent/guardian. You can conduct the interview in-person, or via a video conferencing service such as Google Hangouts, Skype, Zoom, etc. Using the various topics, we have covered thus far in the semester, interview the adolescent and their parent/guardian about how these issues have impacted or are currently impacting their development. The interview should consist of 5-10 questions. You may ask the adolescent and the parent/guardian the same questions.

Part 2: Paper

Note: Your interviews are to be a foundation for you to develop your Adolescent Achievement Project. Thus, you want to be sure to gather as much information as you can that will assist you as you begin to create and design your Adolescent Achievement Program.
