Short answer: Public speaking was a class I took this year. Some of the things that transformed my occasional experience. I’ve learned to become a better listener when hearing a speech And to make sense of what I hear. This is especially helpful in the hospital setting when doctors come to me requesting stuff. Developing an organizing a speech is another scale I have improved upon during this class. I often in the public speak as the reigning Ms. California Regency international. I go to events. I have to speak on stage during the competition. We have on state questions that we have to answer as well as an interview with the judges. Gathering all of my materials to prepare for an interview is important and definitely something I have learned more about during the semester. Sharing my newfound knowledge with other contestants is some thing I could do to enrich the experience for others. I could even help fellow students with their public speaking skills as a way to enrich somebody else’s experience. I have grown up doing theater dance and pageants so I already had a Head start on being comfortable in front of an audience. Helping other students to conquer their stage fright Could be a way to help create equal opportunity.
