There are many many differences between developing and developed countries: income levels, interest rates, life expectancy, culture, family structure etc. The literature review reflects this, but it lacks structure and just cannot cover them all. There is a mix between very old classic references (Aldo and Modigliani) and unknown unpublished papers (Nabar 2011), you are not really covering the ground of the research on the topic. I have never heard of baseline analysis, and would not recommend using it. Same for model analysis. The Outline is under-developed. I do not know what actual data you will be using, and how, or what actual method you will be using and how.
