Choose a title related to the problem and location
Recall the paper requites 7-10 pages, which will be distributed in four subheadings:
Introduction: page
Description of the problem: about 2-3 pages
Diagnosis of the problem: about 3-4 pages
Prescriptions or recommendations: about 2-3 pages
Reference page: at least 10 different references from newspapers, academic articles or government reports
must be double spaced, 12 font, Times New Roman, and one-inch margin. Avoid providing direct citations without (1) quotation marks, (2) the respective author, (3) year, and (4) page because I will consider it as plagiarism.
