An important part of this assignment is the submittal of 3 vendor contracts each. Please make sure you prepare your own contracts do not submit a standard contract from a vendor. The objective of this exercise is for you to develop a complete understanding of the clauses that need to go into vendor contracts. So in the future, as a Wedding Planner, when you are reviewing contracts for your clients that you receive from service providers, you will be able to identify any shortcomings in these contracts and recommend appropriate changes.
