This is the workflow chart attached and want to use Project management software to management all government purchasing. Monday.com will be used for all the project management. There will be a team that finds the solicitations, then uploads the details to the software for everyone to take it from there. This is for government contracts purchasing. Buying and selling to the US government with all agencies. I have to explain in detail this process the chart is the map to the process. I need a well written process that breaks down the details in the chart. Need to create names for different departments that will be working this process such as the Research Department, Proposal Writing department, etc.
