Conduct the Final As-Is process assessment based on your understanding of the process using the methodology from this weeks material.
Identify Leverage Points in the as-is process and give a short (12 sentence) explanation of why you consider a part of the process to be a Leverage Point.
Assess the process by the Six Process Enablers given in lecture and the text.
Assess the individual process steps and consolidate your improvement ideas. Decide on your recommended approach going forward based on the five possible courses of action.
