Write a mystery story. It must have a fully fleshed out main character and mystery. All of the main points of the story should be resolved by the end of the story. Once the reader is in full possession of the whole tale, it must make sense even if it makes a kind of twisted, postmodern kind of sense.

Write a mystery story. It must have a fully fleshed out main character and mystery. All of the main points of the story should be resolved by the end of the story. Once the reader is in full possession of the whole tale, it must make sense even if it makes a kind of twisted, postmodern kind of sense. All facts must be correct if you dont know something, look it up.

In addition to the story, this option must include a – 1 page analysis of what you did, how you undertook the progression of the story, why you told the story the way you did, and a brief explanation of your main choices could the mystery be solved by the reader? Why did you go that way? Are there tricks that the reader wont be able to see? Why did you go that way? The best of these stories will show me that you have incorporated overall ideas of the genre from the class readings and discussions. You may not simply retell a crime/mystery that we have read or that you have heard about elsewhere (e.g. at work, in the news, or on a television show). This is your chance to be creative, so be creative.
