Ask specific questions, including how the business addresses the following items:

The importance and impact of training and development
Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation strategies
Performance measures and their role with the performance management system
Team building concepts
The staffing process
Best practices of labor relations
Write a reflection of the interview that addresses the following questions. Does the company have policies, procedures and practices in place that cover all these aspects? What can they do to improve on these elements? If there is an aspect that the organization does not address, what are some suggestions that you can think of that may help them to address these elements efficiently? Include detailed notes from the interview.

Your submission should be 2-3 double-spaced pages, not including title page, reference page and interview notes, using APA documentation style.
