Hip-hop has been the most effective mechanism for social change worldwide in the past forty years. More than Twitter, more than Facebook, Im not joking [] hip-hop artists have greater capacity to change the way people think than politicians, than anyone else. Hip-hop isnt a tool of democracy; its democracy itself.
In your response, please draw on examples from the recent past as well as the present.
