Prepare a research summary that provides an overview of the HR subsystem that you are analyzing. This research project will include:
a cover page,
an analysis of secondary information available on a current HRM sub-system presented through a short paper (i.e., essay), including reference citations,
a list of references used to support the research summary.
You must have a minimum of three (3) scholarly resources and one must include a book (excluding course textbook).
The research summary must be 4 typed pages and double-spaced, in APA format (cover page and reference page must also be in APA format but do not count as pages). Proper grammar, spelling, sentence structure, formatting, and citation use is expected and will be considered in the grading for this assignment. Use 3rd person during your discussion (not the 1st or 2nd person — DON’T use I, “You, We or any of their forms).
The research summary should include:
Introduction: An overview of the topic and what will be discussed in the paper
Overview of the HR Subsystem
Write an explanation for why it is an important issue for the workplace from the human resources fields point of view.
Summary of relevant employment law
Overview of Best Practices pertaining to the HR Subsystem
