Using this organisation compile a report of 2,500 words that addresses the following tasks.1 Operational PerformanceClassify and justify the operational performance of your organisation by applying the principles of at least two operational management models/theories (e.g. Input-transformation-output process, The 4V dimensions, Porters Value Chain, Polar Diagram & five competitive objectives of cost, dependability, flexibility, quality and speed). Higher marks are gained by applying more than two theories.Ensure you justify (explain) the purpose/value of the models/theories and assess your organisations operational performance by judging and applying how your organisation aligns with the diagrams/models.2 Marketing Principles and RelationshipAssess with examples, how your organisation utilises the key elements of the marketing mix and evaluate (judge), in general terms, how the marketing mix may affect or influence its operational performance from your findings in task 1.3 – OperationsCritically discuss ONE key element of operations management theory (from the list below) that you consider would typically be important for your chosen organisation. The discussion should indicate why the theory selected is important for the organisation and include/reference relevant models, theories and academic concepts from lectures and literature. The areas of theory from which you should select ONE are:o Quality Managemento Forecasting/Capacity Managemento Inventory managemento Just-in-time and Lean Thinking/Production Your report should be in a formal business report format (tutor will provide further guidance). All references must follow Harvard referencing conventions and a reference list should be included at the end of your report.Reminder: Step markingAll assessments are marked in alignment with the Universitys step-marking scheme.
