I am coming to with reagrds the unprophnialsm of Judge Wein in the court room. On December 7 I was humilated by Judge Wein. Transcrips or recording from the court can prove my statment. He mocked teh fact that I was uneployed becaise covid and suggested that I should allow my attorney whom my mother was paying for should speak on my nehave when he was only asking me to answear. During that court hearing my attoreny had asked for my 15 year old and 11 year old have a judges chamber hearing because they refused to go to ther dads on his day. Judge wein said he doesn’t do chamber heraing and instead he said that a CAA will talk to the kids and then we would move forard on what the kids wanted. He thretend me to send the kids to theor dads despite of the evedince I had of him alineating me to my children, neglegnec and not supporting our sons life style of being a vegetarian.
The first day teh kids went back to theor dad, My ex pushed and shoved our son over a haircut. I have documented everything and both children expressed the abuse at their dads to teh CAA and still they were told they can not have a choice in the matter.I have doctor notes stating how my ex husbands behaivor with our 11 year ld daughter is ging to caause eating disoreder.My ex called the cops on me saying that I refused for him to see the kids when in fact both kids refused to see thoer dad. Judge wein didnt read any of my evedince nor read what my kids statments where on teh CAA report but instead decided to go along with what the CAA suggest what was what the kids reoatdadly told her no on one week off and one week on. Juge wein said December 7 was a evendintr hreaing which i was prepared for then it ended up being a confrence. Febuary 5 was supposed to be a tempary order and turend into orders without him looking at the fact. He embarsed me and my ex husband ayng “with these parents it needs to be week off and week on forgeting teh fact that it was supposed to be what the kids wanted. Regardless of how both my ex are both kids are honor students and I am a proud mom.Judge wein and the CAA made this about us and not the best intrest of teh kids. Both kids are in counsling now and even teh counsel said that the kids want to stay with me and that they have a stable homewith me then dads.After this I am sick on how kids dont have a say.I feel that teh CAA was bought out by my Ex becaise of some details I would like to discse further. I have lost my daith in teh systemand I am sure i am not teh only one that deels this way . After 12,000 no results or any positive results came out instead he restricted me to have one phone call with my 15 year old and 11 year old makingit harder on teh kids. JUdge wein did a horriable job and did not even look at my fiel with the respect it deserved .He put his job on a CAA who has no liscnece to tell my 15 year old heshould not be a vegetarian or tell my daughter taht abuse id a parening style. If you have any questions i have all teh evedince needed and document to prove that this was done in a way if a judge and attoreny are in teh same club yu get favprs doen. Judge did not do his jn and give me the respect it needed. Any one I share my story to are shocked that a 15 and 11 year old dont have a voice.
