The paper will be double-spaced with a 12-point font and 1 margins on each edge. Papers should be no less than 10 pages, excluding title pages, table of contents, references. This should be 10 pages minimum beginning with your abstract and ending with your last written paragraph. Longer and shorter papers will be accepted, but significant deviations will create a presumption of either excess wordiness or a lack of substance respectively. This paper is worth 100 points for undergraduate students and 150 points for graduate students. The due date for this paper is 4/18.
