The goal of this assignment is to provide students with an opportunity to reflect on, and
communicate about, how they are feeling as they begin their journey towards their BSW and any
challenges they have been experiencing during the pandemic. Discuss about reflections on how the
pandemic has impacted social service delivery and the experience of service users should also be
included. It is often said that some of the changes we have seen will continue to be implemented
long after the pandemic ends. How might these changes be an opportunity to increase access for
communities and/or exacerbate inaccessibility and inequities? Two course readings should be
cited in this paper. Outside sources are optional.
