I conducted a small bit of practitioner research on a group of 12 teachers in my school to see how they feel about our social emotional and diversity/equity/inclusion initiatives at school. My paper is a literature review, followed by an explanation fo my methodology, data findings and analysis. Literature review is already finished. I am writing about the data findings.
