Instructions: Please prepare a formal report that answers the following prompt. The formatting for your report should resemble that of the model report on pages 149-59 of Impact! Moreover, your report should include all of the following elements:
 A title page
 A letter of transmission
 An executive summary
A report body (4-5 pages), with proper section headings and logical flow
References to at least eight reliable print research resources (APA style referencing)
 A bibliography (APA style referencing)
 Appendices
Chapter 8 of Impact! and pages 126-44 of the Little Penguin Handbook will be useful resources as you prepare this assignment.
Prompt: Should the National Energy Board (NEB) approve the application submitted by TransCanada Oil Pipelines (Canada) Ltd. for the proposed Energy East project? If approved, the project would create thousands of jobs across Canada, including 2,000 construction jobs in the province of New Brunswick, where current unemployment stands at 11%. It would also result in an estimated $950 million savings in transmission costs for TransCanada in the first 15 years following completion. Along with the Prime Minister of Canada, the premiers of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and New Brunswick have all voiced support for the proposal.
Opposition to the proposed pipeline, however, is fierce. While some stakeholders are concerned by the risks involved in retrofitting 3,000 km of 55-year-old natural gas pipeline to carry crude oil, others worry that the project will interrupt or jeopardize the supply of natural gas to central and eastern Ontario. Environmental concerns about transporting the dirtiest form of oil across most of Canada prompt others to object in principle to any pipeline of this nature.
Scenario: As a consultant with Ryder and Associates (Suite 1000, Beau Avenue, Ottawa, ON, K1N 2A3), you have been hired to assess the Energy East proposal and to advise the NEB whether to approve or to reject the proposal, or to approve it with conditions. If you recommend the latter option, you should specify what the conditions are.
Please address your cover letter to the panel in charge of reviewing the application as follows:
Roland George, Lyne Mercier, and Jacques Gauthier
National Energy Board

report about my laboratory “Electrical control of the superconducting-toinsulating”

i will send what i did inside the lab with some graph i have to describe it in my report ,
Below , information form my supervisor .

( zour reports ) similar to a chapter i will send it later should have the following section.
1) in my report you have to describe measurements you have done.
2) Describe results ( data) obtained and make analysis of the data identyifying
what kind of functional dependences the resistivity on temperature zour data show.( i will send it later )
3) Find the theoretical description of the functional dependences, for example, Drude conductivity or Landau Fermi liquid conductivity * usually in the thre dimensional crystals it is about ~T^3.

Based on this to develop a physical picture of the system
the report must have these 3 or 4 sectins. Please, start do it

I want someone help me to complete this report by simple way because i am postgraduate student. then i want do poster about this report .

Respiratory case study

I am a nurse practitioner student (masters in NP) currently studying in Australia. I have been given a scenario of a patient that may have a respiratory problem. I shall upload the full case with subjective and objective data. I will also upload my instructions for the writer. I am required to come up with the best three differential diagnoses without test results at this stage. I have to state what tests I would order and why. I will be given the second half of the scenario on Wed 17/3 which will be test results. From this I have to make a diagnosis and based on the results explain my decision making. I shall upload test results and my working diagnosis the evening of the 17/3 (Australia) so my case study can be completed.

Energy Use Evaluation of a Building with Recommendations for Energy Use Reductio

you find Powerpoint presentation in the attachment and complete this assignment
MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSESSMENT:

To provide knowledge and awareness of energy audit techniques and analysis for buildings according to current UK regulations and guidelines with recommendations for energy use improvements

Written report with a length of maximum 2500 words, 1.5 line spacing (approximately 10 single sided A4 pages – to include everything such as diagrams, table of contents, reference list). The report should also include a title page, an executive summary and should be bound securely. Attach the PPT of your oral presentation as an appendix to the written report (this is in addition to the maximum length of the written report).

Students are asked to carry out an energy evaluation of the Howell Building at the Uxbridge campus, Brunel University. Students are provided with construction details of the external building fabric, IR images, DEC certificates for four years and historic energy use (electricity and gas) of the building. Students are asked to carry out an analysis of the data provided and propose pragmatic improvements to the energy use of the building in terms of energy use reduction and improved environmental conditions for occupants. Presentation of recommendations using Marginal Abatement Cost (MAC) curves is suggested.

LEARNING OUTCOMES FOR THE ASSESSMENT
Demonstrate an understanding of main elements of relevant energy management and audit methods and current legislation.
Use energy analysis methods to examine the energy use of the building.
Show an ability to analyse data to provide recommendations for improvement in the energy use of buildings.
Present results concisely in an oral presentation and a written report
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
The marking criteria for the written report are the following:
1. Oral Presentation – 20%
2. Description of current legislation for energy management, obligations, incentives and benefits for businesses – 10%.
3. Description of the examined building and its energy use – 20%
4. Analysis and discussion of results of energy use for the examined building – 30%
5. Recommendations for energy use reduction; these should be the result of calculations to consider energy use and associated costs (for example through the use of Marginal Abatement Costs Curves) – 20%
INDICATIVE READING LIST (all available in BBL):

1. Data for Howell Building (floor plans, construction details, IR images, energy data)
2. BSRIA Guide 39, Thermal imaging of building fabric, BSRIA 2011
3. CIBSE Guide F – provides benchmarks for energy consumption in buildings, 2012
4. ISO 50001: Energy management systems – Requirements with guidance for use, 2011
5. CIBSE TM54 Evaluating Operational Energy Performance of Buildings at the Design Stage, CIBSE 2013
6. BRE IP 7, Energy Surveys and Audits, 2013, BRE
7. How to create MAC curves
8. Carbon Trust, CTG055 Energy Surveys, 2011
9. CIBSE TM22 Energy Assessment and Reporting Method, CIBSE 2006

All the collected data and images are provided in the attached files, including the grading rubric for the lab report. Some tables, graphs and cladogram needs to be created for the Data portion of the report. Purpose of the lab is to compare the fish samples and determine which species is closely related to each other using their protein. Answers to questions on Pages 50 and 64 in the lab manual need to be on a separate paper. I will attach all files through a link to 4shared please check for that.
