I want to respond to this letter and write something to the judge There are few points to this letter that I want to dispute the 1st one is I am not violent or I have never been violent to her this is defamation of character and I do not appreciate it On point number 2 I only have a few cats just 3 and they are not going on her yard there other neighbourhood cats that live in our neighbourhood is well as possums and raccoons I also wanted to mention that on November 5th she just lost a harassment order and then file this one against me and I would like it to be dropped and this is definitely frivolous point number 4 point number 3 I don’t over any money in regards to the spikes I did not ask her to put it up and did not agree to pay for it And also in regards to the fence I paid her cash and I believe she’s retaliating against me I would like her to stop this behaviour of harassment in bothering me 1st she was putting poop in front of my driveway now she’s filing false harassment claims against me I like this to stop
