For my wine studies class, we are required to write a 2000-3000 word research paper with three “interviews” of people that were affected in some way by covid. The whole idea of the paper is to explain the importance of smell and how it is connected with wine tasting while referencing quotes of people that were affected (maybe a doctor, a friend that had covid, a mom). I turned in an outline which my teacher liked but she told me to include more information about wine. (I have attached it below so you can get a better understanding)
