Case Study Analysis Paper Select one of the Harvard Business School case studies in the course pack to write the paper.
The written case analysis is required to include the following: 1.Identify and discuss the primary human resource problem areas and the secondary human resource problem areas in the case study. Each case study has one or two primary HR problem areas and one to three secondary HR problem areas.
2.Develop multiple alternative solutions to the human resource problem areas. The solutions should be supported by the analysis and it should be demonstrated how each of the solutions deals with the human resource problem areas.
3.From the alternative solutions, select the one solution that should be implemented. Discuss why this solution is the best choice and how it can be implemented. Use section headings to organize the written analysis and to make the analysis easier to follow and read. For example, each of the three requirements listed above should have its own section heading. Subheadings should be used for each human resource problem or issue identified and subheadings should be used for each alternative solution developed. The written case analysis should be approximately five or six double spaced pages in length or longer.
The case analysis is not a summary of the case. The case analysis should follow APA style. Key Words: well-written, typed, double-spaced, interesting, cover page, creative, and real.
