In “A Testament of Hope” by MLK, he says that “the black revolution is much more than a struggle for the rights
of Negroes. It is forcing America to face all its interrelated flawsracism, poverty, militarism and materialism.” This made me think of how the movement today is intersectional and forces us to look at not one but all systems of oppression/flaws in the US. My question is how has the current BLM movement, exacerabated by the pandemic, forced America to again examine its flaws?
