Before the end of Week Six, you will complete a course project which includes either of the following:

Conducting an interview with a leader of an organization of your choosing.
If you elect to interview:
Select one organization that aligns with what you believe to be your leadership purpose.
This week, begin to make calls or write emails to secure an interview.
Begin developing a list of interview questions that focus on the concept of finding your true north, complexity leadership, and leadership purpose. For example:
How does your interviewee stay on target and on track when many competing priorities and complexities arise in his or her organization?

Submit a proposal of your volunteer or interview arrangements.

With whom are you meeting?
What questions will you ask?
What does volunteering entail?
