final paper

Order Description

Final essays must be double-spaced, with one-inch margins, a title, and page numbers, and should include a works cited page. For the final essay you are required to pose a clearly articulated thesis, which you support with cogent arguments in the body of the paper. (A thesis statement is like an opinion; i.e., it is a claim the rightness or truth of which you want to persuade your reader. An argument is the logical and systematic presentation of reasons to support your thesis. Your essay is to be an argumentative paper, not a research paper.)
You may judiciously use block quotes in your final essay. The use of sources in the assignment is to be documented according APA style.
You are encouraged to use any of the assigned readings that might help you make your case. Your grade will be based on your demonstrated understanding of all of the course readings, themes, and lectures, as well as on the relevance, accuracy, and quality of your writing. This is your opportunity to work with and develop your own ideas. But you should do so in a way that shows your grasp of the different texts we have examined throughout the semester.
Here are specific instructions:
I want you to rewrite and elaborate the paper you’ve already written. For this paper, I am asking for your opinion; more exactly, I’m asking you to state whether or not you agree with the author (Frye) and to develop an argument to support your position. The final essay must clearly build on and go beyond what you initially wrote. If you agree with the author, explain why; you must develop your paper with reference to the course materials you have read throughout the semester. (You need a works cited page, in part, because you will be drawing on more texts than you did for the initial paper.)
It is very important that you support your position by engaging the readings and videos assigned throughout the course. Moreover, when you turn in your final essay, I want you to turn in the original (shorter) paper that you wrote earlier in the semester.

Original Paper and reading will be provided.

‘Pay attention to the paragraph p.114-115 in Frye’s article
In “On Being White,” Frye writes:
Whiteness is…a social or political construct of some sort…Whites exercise a power of
defining who is white and who is not, and are jealous of that power…To be white is to
be a member of an in-group, a kin group, which is self-defining…Members can bend the
rules anytime, if that is necessary to assert the members’ sole and exclusive authority to
decide who is a member; in fact, bending the rules is an ideal expression of that
authority (pp. 114-115).

PLEASE follow this outline:
Outline

1. As Frye’s article said that whiteness is a social construct, privilege, and racial injustice.

How to demonstrate in the new rewrite article? Use Mitchell Alexander the ‘New Jim Croll’

1). Mars incarceration. – Racial injustice
2). Targeting Blacks – Using the report by in ‘NJC’ that White committed more crime than blacks but blacks been arrested more; Stereotype of black man that they are very dangerous.

2. Using Baldwing ‘Fire next time’ saying that how America normalizing racial injustice.

Example: Religion — Saying blacks are cursed – how this justify slavery?

Above are two examples that I gave to you. You should add three more to the essay. Only use the articles or website readings that I gave to you. The main discussion point can be seen from my origin paper, which talks about the blackness and whiteness.

CHOOSE FIVE SOURCES FROM THIS LIST. TWO FROM READING MATERIAL I JUST UPLOAD. AND THREE FROM WEBSITE BELOW.

Math Problem, Macro & Micro economics profit maximizing firms

Project description
1. (Analytical question on Profit Maximizing Firms with Nominal Price Stickiness) Consider a profit maximization problem in which the firms choose current price Pi,0 at a given period 0.They face a stochastic probability of adjusting prices: the probability of not being able to adjust price in period t is denoted as qt . Further assume that q1 = q2 = q3 = 1 and for t > 3, qt = 0. Assume stochastic discount factor ?t = 1 for simplicity. Given this environment, do the following ?t = 1 for simplicity. Given this environment, do the following
(a) Set up the maximization problem for the price adjusting firms, in terms of the the period real profit Rt. What are the choice variables for these firms?
(b) Rewrite the above problem as a minimization problem using the secnd-order approximation used in the textbook. Define variables as pi,0 = lnPi,0 and pt = lnPt.
(c) Solve for the optimal price in (b). Economically interpret the result.
(d) Suppose that probability of nonadjustment changes to q1 = q2 = 1 and for t > 2, qt = 0. How does the change affect the above result in (c)? Explain.

Project description
in the lab report : 1- abstract 2- instructor 3- experiment for light and move with details 4- discussion 5-conclusion 6- references and answer the questions in the report : 1. Develop a LabVIEW VI to control the Mindstorms robots motion using one of the NXT sensors (ultrasonic, sound, touch, or light sensor). Please attach your block diagram (and front panel) of your VI with the lab report, and give a detailed description.
2. Describe A/D (analog to digital) and D/A (the reverse!) techniques used in NXT sensors and detectors.
3. Briefly describe how to make temperature measurements using the LEGO NXT intelligent brick.
i will put attched of report symbol for moving but in my report you should writ for both moving and light also i will put attached for my result of moving and light

Assessing a Company’s Cost Control Strategies Using Cost-Volume-Profit and Contribution Margin Analysis

Assessing a Company’s Cost Control Strategies Using Cost-Volume-Profit and Contribution Margin Analysis

Using the Cost-Volume-Profit model and scenarios provided, perform the steps outlined below to determine the impact of the costing method(s) used by the company. Identify what impact the aforementioned costing method(s) have on the Company’s pricing strategy and profitability. You will prepare a written analysis of your findings that is intended for upper management review. Make sure you include in your analysis the outlined scenarios (# and related results).

1.Complete the CVP template using the data provided. (Attached)

2.Calculate the company’s Break-Even (BE) units and dollars at the current price level.

3.Scenario 1, 10% change in selling price. If management is considering a 10% reduction in the Unit Selling Price (USP) as a means for improving sales volume for the upcoming quarter, what is the impact on the Break-Even units and dollars at this new USP at current production levels?

4.Scenario 2, if the lower USP is successful in increasing sales volume for the upcoming quarter, what impact does a 10% increase in units of production have on the BE units and dollars?

5.Based on your analysis, do you recommend that the lower USP tactic be implemented or that it should be foregone?

FROM EXPERTS:

1) From the Expert: Allocation of Variable Cost and Ensuing Impact

This video provides a very good overview of Direct Costing and how the allocation of variable costs impact the Contribution Margin and the related Break-Even Analysis. It further explains how the use of these techniques can help to explain the impact that cost has on pricing decisions and volume of production. While the graphics used by the developer of this illustration are less than realistic, the application of the concepts covered is highly relevant in the real world.
