Final Paper
Describe a recent conflict that you were personally involved in (or affected by). The conflict that you select must involve cultural and ethical issues. Please address the following:
a. Identify the sources of the conflict.
b. Identify and analyze cultural aspects of the conflict, and propose methods for dealing with cultural barriers to effective communication or resolution.
c. Evaluate the ethical implications of intervening in this conflict, and propose methods for dealing with any potential ethical pitfalls.
d. Identify what form of conflict resolution (negotiation, mediation, arbitration) would have been most effective for resolving this conflict, and explain
why. Describe what conflict theories, dynamics, or frameworks apply to this conflict.
e. Create procedures for dealing with future conflicts with this same party, concerning the same or a similar issue/subject matter.
